A client-server reimplementation targeting Windows Recall's API and database compatibility. A Rust Windows capture client sends desktop frames and metadata to a configurable server for OCR, inference, indexing and storage, with a web interface for timeline browsing, search and relaunch workflows.

Known limitations

Compatibility is maintainer-reported, not independently verified. PreCall capture requires Windows; Linux hosts the server and Web is its interface. Limited Linux and macOS capture support is handled by https://github.com/erkinalp/recalld and https://github.com/erkinalp/recalld-macos respectively, without Recall data compatibility. Captures are sent to a server for processing and storage.
