Reimplements Windows desktop-shell workflows with a C# core, Win32 adapters and an HTML/CSS/JavaScript interface hosted in WebView2. Provides a taskbar, launcher, workspaces, tray handling, hotkeys and window management. Supports running alongside Explorer or registering as the user's replacement shell.

Known limitations
Experimental Windows 11 shell replacement, requiring .NET 8 and WebView2. Does not replace the Windows operating system or establish complete Explorer file-manager, namespace-extension or shell API compatibility. Replacing the login shell may require restoring Explorer manually. No project-level license grant is documented.
