Description
Reproduce classic Visual Basic language, visual form design, event handling and existing Windows VB1-6 project workflows. The DOS edition requires distinct compatibility work; do not conflate it with Windows VB or VB.NET. Preserve familiar editing, build and runtime behavior where documented.
