A Rust reimplementation targeting Paint.NET editing workflows, with layered PDN open/save, selections, effects and editable text. Adds PhotoCraft-derived healing, content-aware fill and object selection. Includes code adapted from paint.js; inherited Paint.NET notices and third-party terms are documented in LICENSE.md and NOTICE.md.
